Listening In...

I was sitting in the student center, reveling in the fact that I wasn't a student, but then mourning the fact that I had to be in the student center even though I wasn't a student, because our internet is so bad that I have to go to campus to watch Biggest Loser.

But Biggest Loser is always worth it.
Always.
That purple team is a hoot.

And then this kid walked by with this huge grin on his face. Huge grin. And he was on the phone, and I heard him loudly say, "The best thing just happened to me. Seriously, nothing can beat what just happened!"

Naturally, I took one earbud out and strained to listen as he continued down the hall. After all it's only polite to listen to strangers' phone conversations.

"I was going to the cafeteria to eat, and all the tables were full but one...so I went over....and then...." I tell you, I couldn't keep the smile off my face, this kid seemed so happy.

..........

You thought I had a really great story to tell you.
Unfortunately, I never heard the end of it.

He walked really fast.
Sorry.

Major lols! I hate when that happens xD But, of course its totally cool to eavesdrop on other people's conversations.....Right?

P.S. Totally agree with Suzy in that I'm curious to know how you managed to make your blog look so cute and awesome! Love the font :)

(And thanks for your sensitive comment on my blog; I'm still a bit knotted up, but its nice to know that you would be there for me)

I too enjoy the purple team :) GO BIGGEST LOSER! This is one of those "choose your own adventure" posts isn't it? Alright, let's see...he went to the table and THEN!...

Ha ha ha :)) poor you, I bet you're still anxious to hear what happened. :)

and respect to the biggest loser. I envy their will to work hard and eat less. I just can't do that. :))

WHAT!

Is this story payback because you still don't have your mixer?

Look at all the font envy going on here. Like I'm not totally jealous, too.

Oh, how I've missed your people watching. I'm so glad you're a graduate and have time on your hands again. But what will graduation do to people watching at the gym?
