I read....

Two books by Jennifer Haigh. Mrs. Kimble and The Condition. I'm no good at book reviews, so I'm not going to give you one. Click on the links; they'll lead you to a wee bit of information. I will say this much--I thought them extremely well-written and poignant. There is some adult content, but I've read much more graphic stuff in my lit classes, plus also.... I'm an adult who happens to read grown-up literature. :)

I've also started reading East of Eden by John Steinbeck. Well, I started reading the first page, but then I got called away by people and events, but I'll dive in tomorrow! I was supposed to read Grapes of Wrath in high school, but..... I didn't. Yay SparkNotes! I will eventually read that one too.

Have not started that paper. Oh my goodness. I seriously am the worst. It's because I can't stop watching this:
